Online 6 Month Long Term Recovery Program

Six months to rebuild your life on your terms. This long-term recovery coaching program blends my lived experience with my Wisconsin CSAC training. It’s non-clinical coaching, because lasting change can’t be rushed.

What the 6-Month Long Term Recovery Program Includes

6-Month Deep Recovery Coaching Program — a long-term recovery coaching program with me, Belle Morey, BS, CSAC. I bring my substance use counseling training and my own lived experience to this non-clinical coaching. This is not a quick fix or a 30-day reset. This is six months of sustained, individualized support that gives you the time and space to address what is really driving your patterns. This long-term recovery program is grounded in radical affirmation, trauma-informed coaching, and the belief that every millimeter of progress matters. No facades, no judgment. My only expectation is that we’re honest with each other.

Everything in the 3-month package is included, plus expanded time for the work that shorter programs simply cannot reach. You receive 24 weekly private sessions of 50 minutes each, giving you consistent weekly support across the full six months. You also receive two extra 90-minute sessions for big planning moments, like a tough milestone or a family conversation you want to prepare for. For crisis support, call or text 988.

Focus Areas You Choose

No two people walk the same path, and this program reflects that. Long term recovery support works best when it is shaped around your actual life, not a generic curriculum. You choose the combination of focus areas that matter most to you right now, and we adjust as your needs evolve across the six months.

  • Substance or process addiction recovery for those working through active challenges or navigating post-acute recovery and identity shifts

Codependency healing and relationship repair for individuals ready to untangle patterns of people-pleasing, over-functioning, or losing themselves in others

Family coaching: boundaries, communication, and breaking old patterns in your household

Purpose and identity after recovery for anyone standing in the question of “who am I now” and ready to build an honest answer

Shame, stress, and coping skills: practical support for the feelings underneath the behavior (for trauma treatment, I’ll partner with your therapist)

Life rebuild strategies spanning career, parenting, creativity, finances, and whatever else needs attention as you reconstruct your daily life

Who This Program Is Built For

This program is built for people who have done some version of recovery before and know they need something deeper. Maybe shorter programs helped you stabilize but did not touch the underlying patterns. Maybe codependency keeps pulling you back into dynamics that drain you. Maybe you are sober but still feel lost, asking yourself “who am I now” without the substance, the chaos, or the old identity.

This program is also for people working on behavioral habits, family patterns, or the overwhelming task of rebuilding a life after everything has shifted. If you’re working through trauma, I’ll help you connect with a licensed therapist and work alongside them. If you are someone who has felt unseen by traditional systems, whether because of where you live, who you love, or what you have been through, this space was built with you in mind.

How the Six Months Flow

Months one and two center on your primary challenge where we establish trust, identify core patterns, and begin the foundational work that everything else builds on. Whether that means addressing substance use or naming codependency patterns, we start wherever is most urgent and most honest for you. This foundation phase sets the tone for everything that follows.

Months three and four move into relationship and family coaching, codependency, boundary setting, and changing old family patterns. This is where the extended structure matters most, because lasting change can’t be rushed. The final phase in months five and six focuses on purpose, identity, sustainable daily rhythms, and creating a long term plan so recovery stops being something you do and starts becoming the life you actually live.

The Deep Reset Sessions

Alongside your 24 weekly sessions, this 6 month recovery program includes two 90-minute deep reset sessions that go far beyond what a standard session can hold. These are reserved for the moments that demand more space, whether that is planning around a significant milestone, a relapse scare, or a family conversation you want to prepare for. If you’re in crisis, call or text 988.

The deep reset sessions are scheduled at the points in your journey where they will have the most impact. Sometimes that means placing one during the transition from foundation building into deeper work. Sometimes it means holding one in the final months as you integrate everything and prepare for what comes next. The timing is entirely based on what you need, and we will help you identify when the moment is right.

What Makes This Different

This isn’t a facility or a one-size-fits-all system. It’s one-on-one coaching with someone who has been through recovery and has Wisconsin CSAC training. You work with someone who understands both the knowledge and the human reality of what you are going through.

I welcome rural communities, Native people, LGBTQ+ people, and anyone who has felt overlooked or dismissed by traditional recovery systems.

Why Six Months Changes Everything

There is a reason shorter programs often leave people feeling unfinished. Many people find that more time gives them room to practice new habits. Everyone’s pace is different, and I can’t promise a specific result.

Over time, many people find recovery feels steadier. Results vary. My goal is to help you build habits and supports that can hold up when life gets hard.

Take the Next Step

You do not need to have it all figured out before you begin. You do not need to be in crisis or have the perfect words for what you are feeling. You just need to be willing to show up honestly, and I will meet you right there. Reach out today and let’s build your path together. I’d love to walk this road with you.

Is this a fit? This program may not be the right fit if you need medical detox, are in an acute mental health crisis, or need psychiatric care first. That’s okay. I’ll help you find the right support, and we can work together when you’re ready.

Frequently Asked Questions

How is the 6-month program different from the 3-month package?

The 6-month package includes everything in the 3-month program plus 24 weekly sessions instead of 12, two additional 90-minute sessions, and more time for work on codependency, family coaching, identity, and rebuilding your life.

Absolutely. Your focus areas aren’t locked in from day one. As you grow and evolve through the six months, your plan shifts with you. What feels urgent in month one may look completely different by month four, and the program is built to follow that.

The payment plan totals $7,782 across six monthly payments of $1,297, which is about 11% more than the standard price of $6,997.

Not at all. This program serves people at many different stages, from those working on substance use or behavioral habits to people who are already sober but feel stuck or disconnected. If you’re using daily or have been told you might need medical detox, please talk with a medical provider first; I’m happy to help you find one.
